Learn how humankind was born and view stone tools up to one million years old on a self-guided, interactive tour.
- Sterkfontein Caves - a set of limestone caves of special interest in paleoanthropology, located in Gauteng (Muldersdrift). Declared a World Heritage Site in 2000, with numerous early hominin remains found.
